Frances Armstrong

It breaks my heart that my beloved Frances was taken to the hospital on July 8 with seizures and remains in a coma. She's the love of my life, my person, The One.  And I'm just the tip of the iceberg. Alice (5 and 1/2) and Fia (2), steeped in Frances's love, are sending it back to directly to her soul (as Alice told me recently). The outpouring of love from our families, friends and colleagues is a testament to the woman I'm lucky enough to have married. 

I'm focusing as much of my energy as possible on bathing Frances, Alice and Fia in love. And as little as possible on all the admin nonsense. I'd love for this site to help us do both. Let's channel all the love to these three women/girls! And streamline updates while at it. 

Thank you for being here. Thank you for helping us on this journey. We'll figure it out along the way. To start, please send your love, inner superhero, spirit animal, whatever works for you, to the in-between place where Frances is resting, healing and fighting to come back to her Alice, Fia and me. We need her.
