Welcome to Farran's Journey.  We will do our best to keep you all posted on Farran's progress.  Thanks to all for providing support and love.

After two brain surgeries Farran is stable. The second surgery removed bone in order to allow space for her brain to swell in order to begin healing.  Even with the crazy hair cut and bandages, she is still an absolute beauty!  Today the doctors felt she was ready to lower some meds and put drops in her eyes... in doing so, Farran's eyes responded which is amazing!  At one point she even coughed and that is AWESOME!!!  She will remain in a medically induced coma for the near future to allow her body to focus on healing.... soon they will begin to wake her up so she can begin the next step in this journey.

Simone and Josh continue to provide love and support to Farran and appreciate all of the love you all have showered upon them.  The extended family  is by Farran's side day and night.  Natasha is a rock star and is lucky to have friends and family to hold her up if she needs.  The staff and faculty at WMC is a dream team and they are caring for Farran as if she was their own.  Farran's friends, Phoebe and Johnny have created a playlist to be played in her hospital room and Paige is reading books to her to keep her stimulated.

For now, all Farran's needs are being met.  HOWEVER, the journey will be long and COSTLY.... The GoFund Me has been very successful thanks to Pam Furtsch and will be put to good use once there is a plan in place. Glen has set up accounts and a network so that the funds collected will be accessible and put to good use.  THANK YOU FOR BEING A PART OF THAT!

Please continue to share the link for donations as we anticipate needing all the support we can get! Here is the link:  https://www.gofundme.com/help-faran-and-her-family
