On July 20,2020 Late in the afternoon 
Evelynn fell very hard on a slide, about 3 hours later she began vomiting.  Their pediatrician directed them to go to the ER.  After an ultra sound and cat scan they were told Evelynn had wilm’s kidney cancer.  The tumor had ruptured from the fall and there was fluid from the tumor going into her abdomen.  She was flown to Children’s Hospital Colorado, located in Aurora Colorado, near Denver.  During a 5 hour surgery the, cancer, her left kidney and Lymph nodes were removed.  Eventually she will be given radiation and chemo through a port in her chest at the Colorado hospital.  Then return to Great Falls Montana,  Evelynn’s home to finish up her 6 months of chemo .
