On 5/14/17, Erik was admitted into the ICU at Avera hospital in Sioux Falls with internal bleeding, an infection, and an extremely high temperature. Since that time he has suffered setbacks in his recovery, with many of his major organs shutting down or working at a diminished capacity. We will update this page as often as possible to keep everyone informed of his progress.
