Welcome to our CaringBridge website! We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Hi Family and Friends! 😀

First and foremost, Thanks to all @ Caring Bridge for existing and making this page possible!

Creating this page to stay connected and post updates as it relates to my recent diagnosis of a brain tumor which was discovered accidentally, in 2017, during MRI for a different medical issue. It was very overwhelming as I was already on immunotherapy for an unsuspected Severe Psoriasis diagnosis, which is currently in remission thank goodness! Since the unsuspecting diagnosis, I have assembled a team of amazing doctors/specialists who have provided exceptional care. I want to thank them as well as all family and friends who have extended a listening ear and provided support, love, and encouragement. Subsequent to the hemorrhagic posterior pituitary adenoma discovery, about 6-7 nodules/adenomas were found in thyroid. Tests came back negative for cancerous tissue which is a huge blessing. I am in the "Watch and Wait" phase...where we just ...watch and wait and see what happens next. I am well aware that the time to create this website is now...and not to wait until a crisis such as brain surgery occurs. I am focusing on preparing now as to lessen the list of "to do's" for my husband and love ones in the event a rapid crisis occurs. My recent Brain MRI results came back  with no growth being observed, meaning the tumor is currently stable!! I am so excited that it is Not a rapidly growing situation, and relieved to have such positive results! I also want to thank everyone at the American Brain Tumor Association as I was so inspired and comforted via the 2-day virtual conference which recently occurred. That sixteen hour conference had tons of great information for patients and their families, and I am so glad I  attended it this year! Here is a link to their website for lots of great info for anyone who may be involved with a loved one who is on this journey. https://American Brain Tumor Association (https://www.abta.org/)

While my family is not in need of meals or babysitters, or a dog sitter (We have gentle Giant, baby Great Pyrenees :) at this time, we may be in the future if the time comes that I must have brain surgery, and this Caring Bridge website is such a blessing as a means by which to communicate to everyone simultaneously.

We are celebrating that the tumors are stable right now, enjoying life, and thanks again for caring, loving, and staying connected to myself, and my family! I love and appreciate you all so much! I am so lucky to have such incredible people in my life!

And to my husband, Edde, for without none of which all that is today would be possible! Thanks for your patience, love, support, commitment, and all the joy you bring to my life!

Much thanks to my Amazing children, Grace Faith, Gage Austin, and Elijah James who are the beautiful flowers in my beautiful garden of life! :)
