Emmett Chapman

Chance and Rachelle Chapman welcomed their beautiful baby boy Emmett Weatherly Chapman into the world September 13th at 7:08 a.m. He weighs 7lbs 5oz and 21 inches long. He is perfect physically but has some problems with his heart. At this time he is being airlifted to St Louis Children's Hospital.
