Emma Ryan

Our beautiful daughter Emma celebrated her sweet 16 last Saturday with a family dance party. She put on a two hour show for the whole family. She loves Selena Gomez, Nick Jonas, Niall Horan and everything Disney.  She had a proud moment a couple of weeks ago as she graduated from St. Michaels lower school to the upper school. 


Emma has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, or A.L.L.  Emma spent two days in the PICU At Children's Hospital in New Orleans and is now at the  LaNasa-Greco Center for Cancer and Blood disorders Unit on the 4th floor. Her team here has been amazing and she is getting world class treatment. 


Emma has a huge number of supporters, both friends and family. She is so sweet, innocent and people always have a smile on their face when they are with her. Thank you so much for your prayers and positive thoughts!! Our friends family and neighbors have been nothing short of amazing with their support. THANK YOU! This is what is keeping us going. 


Emma has O Negative blood and we are having some difficulty procuring platelets. We have lots of people out donating, and our friends are organizing a blood drive. Thanks so much to those that have donated or are considering a donation.  You can donate any blood type and designate it as "replacement" for Emma Ryan and she will get credit for it.
