Thank you for visiting Emily's page. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement.
Emily has pneumonia in both lungs and Adult Respiratory Distress syndrome. She is in a lot of pain – head, neck, ears, back and is unable to breath without the assistance of a respirator. They tell us that she’s moving in the right direction but the steps are painfully small. I know Jesus is in the boat with us, with the storm raging, and I know He, alone, has the power to stop the storm and heal and restore her. Her life, her breath is in His hands. For 36 years Bob and I have seen Him do impossible things. Certainly Wellspring is evidence of His power and love. We are completely and totally dependent on Him – and we totally trust Him. But we are to intercede for one another and we need everyone who is willing, to intercede on Emily’s behalf.
And we are deeply, deeply grateful for every single prayer.
