Thank you for taking the time to check in on our little angel, Emerson, and follow her story as she progresses through her stay in the NICU. Emerson is surrounded by the voices of her prayer warriors and most importantly, she is covered in the healing love of her Lord and savior.
We knew the risks and rewards of premature delivery all too well before deciding to expand our family but when God speaks to your heart, your decision is made. Through great effort, we were able to keep her content for 32 weeks but on May 30 at 6:08pm she decided enough was enough! Thirty-two weeks is a far cry from the 25 weeks her brother, Easton, was born and the odds are leaps and bounds in her favor. Although we find ourselves in another lengthy NICU stay, I couldn't imagine any other parents more equipped to help Emerson make hers a success story!
