Ella Merrill

As most of you are already aware on Wednesday, December 13 at 4:34 in the afternoon Ella collided with a school bus and was severely injured and taken to Elkhart General Hospital. After being assessed she was sent to the pediatric ICU at Memorial Hospital. We are so thankful for all of the care that she has received thus far and feel like we are truly in good hands. However we know the best hands are those of God who is holding her tight, and us as well. Unfortunately she has yet to wake up and we have been informed this could be a long long road. The type of severe brain trauma she has sustained May cause a very slow recovery. We are taking each moment by moment and day by day. We believe in the power of prayer and that ultimately God is in control. We know that our larger than life and spirit filled daughter will be utilizing the strength of God through this process. She cannot receive any visitors at this time but we will continue to covet your prayers and welcome your words of encouragement. We want to thank you for all that you have already done
