My name is Joy Curran and I am Jeff's aunt. Liz asked me to set up a CaringBridge site for her since she is very sick now and wants everyone to know what is going on with her. She has been diabetic most of her life and her kidneys are failing. She is is desperate need of a kidney transplant. At the U of M , the kidney specialist told her that she would not last the five year wait for a cadaver kidney. So, the only way to keep going is to find a live donor with a blood type of O positive.
