Elise Young

First post: May 26, 2017
On May 10,  2017, while driving in Norwalk, CT Elise Young was struck by the driver of another car.  She suffered a terrible number of severe injuries to her body and her brain.   Life-saving measures were taken by doctors and nurses at Norwalk Hospital and the ICU team.  Elise was given 39 units of blood in the first 24 hours.  Her body continues to heal, and we hope and pray that her mind heals as well.  Elise is currently in a coma.

Elise and her husband Dave have five children (Ryan, Kelly, Ryann, Maggie, and David), three furry children (Kaiser, Oscar, and Sakura), three son-in-laws (Mike, Brent, and Ramon), and two granddaughters (Bella and Anna).  Elise has two brothers (Brett and Matt), an adopted brother (Andres), and a large extended family.  She has many friends spread out around the world.

We've created this site to keep you informed.  To ask you to pray.  To remind you to believe in miracles and to hope.  Elise is a generous woman, and this is her time of need.
