As you may know, I was diagnosed with ALS in the spring of 2020. The diagnosis was devastating to me and all I know. It has been a difficult journey that I would not wish on anyone. As you read this site always remember my love of adventure, be it skiing, hiking, biking, camping, kayaking and so much more. I love adventures. Never say to yourself, I'll do it someday. That someday may never come-- so do it now!
