Eleanor Furnish

Eleanor is our 21 month old baby girl. She has an older sister and a younger brother that she adores. She is our compassionate, daring, 'pure kid' baby that we love and always has the best smiles! Her story is much more than what is on this site, this site is created to update her story for her current health condition. 

On Tuesday, May 10th her daddy took her to our pediatrician and she was immediately sent for an ultrasound. The ultrasound doctor explained to us that Nora has a tumor that is growing out of her kidney. It is likely a Wilms tumor (still waiting on confirmation) in the meantime on Thursday, May 12th Nora's kidney or what was left of it was removed. Next steps are still to be determined.
