Elaine Nielsen

Elaine will be having heart surgery at Hershey on Thursday, December 22, 2016. The operation will use a catheter to seal a hole between the upper chambers of her heart.
This is to repair a congenital heart problem from last century.
Surgery is scheduled for 8:30 and is expected to take about two hours.
She will be in the hospital over night. She will head home after the doctors check her out on Friday.
This procedure is significantly less complicated than first expected. We do still appreciate your support.
Matt and Ben will be at the hospital. They will keep this information updated.
In lieu of cards, flowers, etc, please wear red on the 22nd.  If you can, take a picture of yourself wearing red before surgery and send it to bem.niel@comcast.net.
