On January 25th, 2020, I was diagnosed with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia). This was one year to the day after my husband, Denny was diagnosed with a malignant tumor in his sinus cavity! Fortunately, his cancer is in remission and he completed his treatments last year. We knew nothing about AML, but quickly learned that it will be a marathon (not a short race) to achieve remission and a possible cure. This site is a record of my journey.
