Dear Family and Friends,  Howard and I are heading to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota for an evaluation of my health status.   I am hoping the doctors will come up with a plan that will improve my quality of life.  Since many of you have requested an update, this seemed the most efficient way to keep you abreast of my journey.  Should you wish to receive a notification when I post an update hit "follow" in the upper right hand corner of my cover photo.  You will receive an email that a post has been made.  I thank you all for your words of encouragement and prayers.
