Effie Louise Blomquist was born three weeks early on August 18th at 4:18am. She was 5lbs 10oz and 19" long. She was diagnosed with Trisomy 13. She came home on August 21st to be by her family - Ana (13), Bailey (12), Levi (10), Sofia (8), and Silas (4).
