Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. 
We were taken by surprise in October when a simple ache in  Eddies left side in his rib, turned out to be Lung Cancer. We immediatly got down to Sloane Kettering. The biopsy revealed it spread to his left 7th rib and lymph nodes.
It is Metastatic Adenocarcinoma of Lung. Today we met with theOncologist who was very positive. Since  Eddie has only one mass on his lung and one lesion on his bone the doc feels he will do well. They are going to be very aggressive with his treatment with the goal of shrinking the mass and controlling the disease. His doc is wonderful. Combination of radiation and chemo is the plan.
