I am a family nurse practitioner student at Simmons College, online and one of my classes that I am currently taking (5th term) is Health Informatics. This week we reviewed social media and how it can impact patients and organizations possitively and negatively. When searching for possitive social media sites, I came across this site and wanted to demo how user friendly it is. I am hoping to recommend this website to future patients as a communication board that they can create for their loved one so that they do not have to continue to repeat the same information over and over again.
I also feel this could be therapuetic for a grieving family. Please remember you must get the patients permission and be their delegated medical spokes person to ethically be posting information about them on this site.
