Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. His cancer story began on October 3rd, 2016. He had extreme stomach pain and was admitted to the ER. He was subsequently diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer that had metastasized to his liver, and the lymphatic system. His tumor was surgically removed on October 7th but the liver was so full of tumors, it could not be operated on. He has now completed 7 rounds of chemotherapy, which was administered every other week. On Tuesday Feb 7th, he underwent a CAT Scan to determine progress of chemo and the results were not what we were hoping, It has not stopped the growth, it has now spread to his lungs and spine and continues to grow in his liver. We have an appointment today, February 13th at 4pm with our oncologist. We are so grateful for all of you! Your prayers, love, meals, picking up our babies, your phone calls and texts - all mean more than we could ever express.
Ephesians 3:20 - "Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than we could ever ask or imagine, according to the power that is at work within us." May God be glorified through our journey.
