Ed Leitch

It began about four weeks ago with a trip to his primary doctor.  What was thought to be a stroke ended up being a cancerous brain tumor.  Obviously, since diagnosis, it has been a whirlwind of emotions and rapidly changing conditions.  After a stay at a rehab facility, Ed once again was transported to Ahuja Medical Center.  This was due to continued weakness and growing symptoms.  A follow-up MRI revealed a significant enlargement of the tumor.  After some evaluation, Ed was given an expedited treatment plan.  Ed was brought home to relax and wait for radiation and chemo treatments to begin.  Those treatments will start Monday, May 20th.  This week there will be a few doctors appointments to finalize those plans.  The family appreciates all the prayers and support we have been given.  Updates will be posted here, so please check back.
