Welcome to Easton's CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
Easton Matthew Reid was born at Camp Pendleton Naval hospital on December 9th 2016. He entered this world at 7:14 pm pacific standard time. Baby Easton was originally supposed to join us on April 2nd 2017 but he just couldn't wait any longer to make his grand entrance. Brooke Reid (mother) thought she was getting the flu and had an upset stomach the morning of December 9th. Later on during that day the stomach pains kept getting stronger so she went to the hospital where she later found out she had been in labor all afternoon and that Easton was on his way. After a short couple of hours had passed by Easton was delivered. After his delivery he was transported to the Naval Medical Center San Diego where he currently resides in the Neonatal intensive care unit. Since his birth, Easton has remained stable and strong. Every day is a new journey for him as his little body continues to develop new things. He is very curious as to what new things his body can do on a daily basis. Easton has a long road ahead of him but he shows no signs of slowing down at any point. He is already living and loving his life on this Earth!
