Goose hunting is here and Dylan was taking it all in. On Sunday, September 3, Dylan was going hunting with his buddies and setting up for the hunt. As they were preparing, he was trying to hold a blind down with his buddy, that was riding on top of the vehicle.
The wind was catching the blind and so Dylan was adjusting his hand placement to get a better grasp. As he was doing this the wind blew the blind and knocked Dylan off the vehicle. He was airlifted from the scene to St. Cloud hospital and had many tests. They determined he had a skull fracture with some bleeding along with abrasions to his back left arm hands and head. Due to his age and injuries, the team determined he should be transferred to Minneapolis Children's Hospital, by ambulance, to be assessed by a neurologist. The neurologist also determined skull fracture and severe concussion. No surgery is needed at this time but monitoring him in the PICU. Dylan is a fighter!
