The Feder GoFundMe page, which is the only way to directly support Drew himself, is located at
https://www.gofundme.com/drews-battle-against-leukemiaAfter what was intially thought to be a prolonged cold or possibly pneumonia or whooping cough, Drew was very quickly diagnosed with leukemia in just a few hours. As of yet, we are not sure what type of leukemia Drew will fight - Drew will have a biopsy today, December 1, to determine what type of chemotherapy he will need. The treatment will be aggressive - Drew will spend Hannukah, Christmas, and the New Year at St. Luke's Hospital, on the cancer floor, receiving chemotherapy, blood transfusions, and kicking cancer's ass. He will likely not return to the beautiful home he shares with his loving wife, Noblet, until 2017. Drew and Noblet are self-employed, so Drew's 4-5 week stay in the hospital means they are down at least a month's worth of income, possibly more. Noblet will also have to reschedule her days in private practice as Licensed Clinical Social Worker in order to be there for Drew, and provide the support he will so obviously need. Updates will be posted regularly here, including ways to help and support the Feders.
