We drove from our home in Yorktown, Va. to South Glens Falls, New York on Thursday on the 4th to celebrate our granddaughter’s wedding on the 6th. We stayed at sons Heaths house and on Friday night Doug fell down a flight of stairs He was taken to Glens Falls hospital and they informed us he had a traumatic brain injury and they were sending him to Albany medical center. The doctors spent hours working on Doug when we arrived. They placed a drain for the brain bleed to help drain the blood. He is intubated to help him breathe and many medications. We shall keep everyone updated.
