Doug started having trouble focusing about three weeks ago, in late August. Around September 9 , the headache got much worse and he started feeling sick.  By Wednesday night, September 13, the pain was so severe that he agreed to call an ambulance and head to the ER.   That night, he was diagnosed with multiple brain tumors in the left temporal lobe, with the largest being 2.4 cm.  He is scheduled for surgery on Monday, September 18, to remove the largest one.
