Dori Maxon

I changed my meds  on Monday, January 30th, 2017.  It’s a challenge, and I anticipate laying low while my body adjusts. My main goal is to conserve my energy and do the necessary daily routines, so I won’t be cooking. This may take  3-4 weeks.

I'm looking for a meal delivery service, but haven’t found one yet, due to special dietary needs, etc.  If you’re interested in sharing a meal or two, here’s our basic dietary restrictions: no dairy, no sugar, no soy, no gluten, no citrus, and no meat (Laurel will consume chicken broth, and is a pesco-vegetarian). And interestingly, no sweet potatoes (regular potatoes are okay in a soup, stew, etc). Gluten free quinoa and wild rice work well with our diet.  Please let me know if you can help.  A planner is on this site to help coordinate meal sharing.

Thank you SO VERY MUCH for considering to share a meal or more with Laurel and me.

Hugs,

Dori
