Dora Elliott

First post: May 31, 2022 Latest post: May 19, 2023
A native of Springfield, Missouri, Dora lived in Wisconsin for 25 years with her husband Don and their daughter and son. They returned to Missouri in the 1980s and lived in Kansas City, where Dora worked as an artist's assistant at Hallmark for 15 years.  After retirement, she moved to Boston for five years to help her daughter and grandchild.  Now back in Springfield, she is an accomplished painter who is active in her church and community. She enjoys travel, yoga, and spending time with her sister, children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and many lifetime friends.

In November, 2021, Dora was diagnosed with stage 2 pancreatic cancer. She has been undergoing extensive treatment locally and has been responding well. Dora’s family has set up this CaringBridge site to offer support and to provide updates on her healing journey. We welcome you to join us by sharing your thoughts, favorite photos, memories and good wishes.

The Elliott Family is NOT requesting donations at this time, but CaringBridge may ask you to support them.
