Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. Don was diagnosed with metastatic pancreatic cancer a few weeks ago. He had his first chemo treatment on June 1st and we are expecting to continue for 2 weeks and one week off to rest. We had a small interruption this week with a spike in platelet counts but after a few transfusions, we are hoping to get back on a schedule. We really appreciate everyone's love and support. Please check back here regularly to get the update on his condition. Also, we always appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement on this site during this time when it matters most.
