Don,Donnie,Donald Vowels

Welcome to "My Public Private Journal" and to "The Book I Never Wrote". The writings in this caring bridge website serve a two-fold purpose:  1) to give family, friends, acquaintances, and others a central gathering place to learn where I am on my health journey since being diagnosed with recurrent squamous cell cancer in June 2014. And  2) to serve as an outlet for me to write my personal internal experience as I walk as consciously as I can through this chapter in my life.  The title of my site is "Don, Donnie, Donald Vowels".   This title reflects other chapters in my life when some have known me as Donnie, that is, until I thought that sounded too childish.  Then I became known as Don.  And in the midst of that, others called me Donald.  At this stage of my life, I have no preference between the three.  All I care about is that you are present in my life.  Thank you for all your love and support.  You truly are angels to and for me.Peace,Don, Donnie, Donald
