Welcome to our CaringBridge site. We've created it to keep friends and family updated. Don was diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer in February 2016; he died peacefully at home in late March 2017 after a year-long battle. In spite of his health challenges, Don wrote an entry on this site every day for one year. He appreciated the growing community that followed his year of musings on art, travel, memories and life's big questions. Thank you all for your love and support during this journey.
