THE FOOD- meats needed to order likely coming from the southern side so it's fresh
Turkey burgers Turkey hot dogs Beef burgers Turkeys burgers Chicken
We are Inquiring about the ravenell. Sons doing the fish fry and what cost may be involved
Condiments Breads for burgers and dogs Costco or Walmart just needs to be coordinated
Included in your involvement Each family household or member bring 1-2 sides That will feed up to 25 people
Soda juice Napkins Plates Birthday cake Utensils grant family will handle
Craig volunteered his house if there is something more that I need to know Craig please call me directly

We need a total of the amount of people attending Which will help us order the meats and other foods Hope we are in agreement on the sides and condidments breads etc. will be added to a per person cost
No money is being raised Simply covering cost
Anyone who is good at planning, getting things for discounts, organizing seamlessly, and has the temperament to see this through ...PLEASE JUMP RIGHT IN...WE COULD USE THE HELP.
