Dear Family and Friends,

Thank you for visiting this site! Your support and encouragement will be so important to me as I go through my journey. As many of you know, following a routine colonoscopy in November, 2021,  I was diagnosed with Appendix Cancer.  My doctor is Heinz Lenz, MD, an expert in research and treatment for this rare disease at USC's Keck Medical Center.

I am so grateful  to have the support of my partner, Jim, my daughter, Jennifer, my son, Joshua, my sister, Kim, my brother, Neil, my son-in-law, Randy, my 8 month old granddaughter, Noa and of course my sweet dog, Carley. There is no greater joy than the smile on my granddaughter 's face when she sees me. This site allows me to include photos - so you may see MANY pictures of Noa! And thank you to my family and friends for all the texts, emails and phone calls, expressing your support and love.

I love you all and  I am so thankful that you are in my life.
