On June 1st I was hospitalized and soon after diagnosed with Myleofibrosis .  I have been extremely fortunate to have so many friends and family supporting me on my journey towards recovery.  On Tuesday Nov15th, I start the next leg of my journey. I will be admitted to Dartmouth Hitchcock in Lebanon where I will have a bone marrow transplant. I am extremely grateful for the phenomenal Medical  care I have received both in Lebanon and at Cheshire Medical  in Keene.  So many people have asked that we keep them informed of my progress, that I have registered here for all who wish to keep tabs on me . I will try to post on here often . Thank you all for your support . Please send me whatever  you believe in- light, energy, prayers, etc. This is going to be a long, tough journey, but I'VE GOT THIS!💪💪 Love you all💛 Diane
