As many of you know, Diana was recently diagnosed with breast cancer, more specifically, ductal carcinoma. This is a treatable form of cancer which has Diana and the Bateman family feeling hopeful and positive. In addition, we are feeling lucky to have a great team at Dana Farber. She will have twelve chemotherapy infusions, once a week, for twelve weeks, followed by surgery, recovery, and potentially radiation treatments.
Diana enjoys hearing from friends, relatives, and colleagues. Feel free to post on this site to get in touch with her or send her an email at batemand@parkschool.org (mailto:batemand@parkschool.org). If you want to offer help, click on the “ways to help” button above. We hope to keep you all updated on this journey throughout her treatment. Our family appreciates all of your kind thoughts and support.
