Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.
When Dad was diagnosed with ALS in May of 2014, we knew we were in for a long, hard journey. While the rest of us were asking, “why you,” he was saying, “why not me?” That’s the kind of guy he is. That’s why he’s one of the most respected and liked people in our community. That’s why we’ve received such an amazing outpouring of love and support from friends, family and co-workers.
Like many of you, I’ve been asking him what I can do. I feel helpless so when he asked me to start a CaringBridge account, I couldn’t say no! Dad isn’t a fan of Facebook, can’t stand it really. He doesn’t like how people throw their business out there for all the world to see! That’s why, unless we’re inviting you to join us at the ALS Walk, you won’t see anything about him or his health out there. I do think he has a point…he usually does. I’ll do my best to keep our page updated. We truly appreciate all the calls, texts and prayers. We know Dad is loved.
