Denny Conway

Denny Conway has been diagnosed with multiple heart deceases and many tests and screening was put on the heart transplant list by Mayo Clinic in Rochester in October 2019. His team in Rochester made the suggestion that he consider going to their location in Phoenix as he would have much better chance of receiving a heart there because of the regional demographics. He decided in late 2020 to go with their recommendation and transfer his wait time on the heart list from the Mayo Rochester location to the Mayo Phoenix location.  After more testing and screening being done in Phoenix in December and January, he was approved and his wait time was transferred and assigned to the Phoenix Mayo Clinic Heart Transplant team.
