Dennis Semling

As you may know, Dennis was involved in a work-related accident on Thursday, February 25. He was airlifted to Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire. He underwent several surgeries to control internal bleeding. We are still learning the extent of his injuries, however, we are thankful that he did not sustain a head injury or spinal cord injury. He will remain in the ICU in Critical but Stable condition. This will be the central location for updates on Dennis and we will continue to provide daily updates. Due to Covid, Diane is isolating and is requesting no visitors. Diane is the only one that is able to visit Dennis at this time.

We are very grateful and would like to thank the Buffalo County Highway Department and coworkers for their quick response in helping Dennis at the scene of the accident. Thank you to all the emergency personnel on the scene. Also, thanks to all the doctors, nurses, surgeons, and everyone at Mayo Clinic Heath Systems in Eau Claire.

Thank you to everyone who has expressed their concerns and best wishes. Thanks for all the positive thoughts and prayers. We do not need a go-fund me page or donations, the best way to support Dennis and his family at this time would be to leave a comment on this page or to text his cell phone or leave a voicemail. Diane will be reading texts to him as they come in. At this time his doctors prefer him not to listen to voicemails but he will get to listen to them at a later time.
