As many of you know Dennis had an accident yesterday, August 25th. He and our neighbor boy, Kyle Thomas were unloading  square hay bales into the hay mow . Den was throwing bales up to Kyle and a bale he was standing on gave way and Dennis went head first onto the cement. Thankfully, Twyla was at our house and the nurses training she had years ago came into action and she got her dad cleaned up! We insisted that he go to ER. He had a CT scan and X-rays in Bemidji that determined 4 brakes in his 1st vertebrae and a fracture in the 2nd one. He was sent to Fargo by ambulance and arrived about 11:45. After arriving they ordered a MRI and later settled into a room at 3:00.
