Hey everyone :) I am using this site to make communication with everyone easier on David.

I am having a partial hysterectomy on Thursday January 18th at 1pm.  I will be at Banner Thunderbird hospital for 2-3 days and then recovering at home.

What I would like everyone to know is that I have been dealing with pain and issues for 2 years now and in September I finally went to the OBGYN. I had been putting it off  because I always make myself last.... that seems to be what moms do. Not intentionally but it just happens.  My doctor was concerned and sent me for an ultrasound and blood work.  It was discovered that I had 3 uterine tumors and an abnormality with my tissue.  My doctor diagnosed me with Adenomyosis.  The only cure or guaranteed treatment is to remove the uterus.

Sooooo that’s what we’re doing. Ladies, please get your annual well checks and Pap smears. Guys, ask your girl when she last had a check up. Make her go!  Those appointments are not fun or pleasant, but had I gone sooner I might have been able to avoid a lot of discomfort and pain.

I lov u all bunches. David will do brief updates so everyone knows what’s going on. :)
