Here is Dee's current medical situation, in a nutshell: Dee was recently diagnosed with small cell lung cancer. She had hoped to return to MN for treatment, but the doctors did not think she should delay, so she is being treated at the cancer hospital in Branson (about a 45 minute drive from where they live, in Lead Hill, AR) A recent scan revealed that the cancer has spread to her brain...so the start of chemo treatments has been postponed a bit while she is being treated with steroids to reduce swelling. She and Dave are a great team...and they've got a great group of friends and family, supporting them through this difficult journey. Please keep them in your prayers!
