Declan is an amazingly sweet and intelligent young man who loves his family and his dog Charlie. He had a cough and ear infection that he could not seem to get rid of. We noticed his skin was a yellow tint over the last few days of the Covid-19 quarantine and his PCP Dr. Bigham at MMC wanted to see him.
