In October 2016, I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, a cancer of the lymphatic system. The past few months have been a whirlwind of doctors visits where I'm poked and prodded and briefed on what my life is going to be like for the next 6 months. I've just finished my second treatment, mostly just fatigue and nausea plague me for the first few days after treatment, but I have a fantastic support group who all make me smile and everything is a little better because of them.
