On Friday, October 6th, I went in for a mammogram to check out a lump I found in my right breast. The doctor was very concerned and I had an ultrasound on the area. There were 2 areas of concern and 1 lymph node in question. On Monday, October 9th, the areas of concern were biopsied. Now we wait.... the waiting is the hardest part. The biopsy will determine what type of cancer I have and how we will proceed with treatment.
