Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

September 2022.  For the last few weeks Deb has not been feeling well.  She has had some balance issues, light headedness and a couple of falls.

Tuesday, September 13th Deb started to have a seizure.  She was able to call to Bob for help and he quickly called 911.   In the ER, Deb had another seizure.   A Head CT was done as well as intubation and sedation to make Deb more comfortable.  At that time they did discover a mass on the Head CT.  Later on the 13th Deb was given and MRI as well as another CT scan.

Wednesday, September 14th.  Early on the 14th, Bob and the girls (Lori, Jen and Julie) were given the news that the MRI did show a tumor which was causing the issues and the seizures.  Deb was taken to surgery later on the 14th to remove the tumor and to get more information on what it was.   After the surgery we were given the heartbreaking news that Deb has a Glioblastoma, an aggressive form of brain cancer.

Right now this information is very new to us and we have a lot to work through as a family.  We know that Deb has a lot of friends and has touched many lives so we will be sure to keep this page updated as we know more.

Thank you for all of you love, support and prayers.

Deb's daughters - Lori Williams, Jennifer Smith and Julie Marlow.
