Nov. 21st 2020 is when everything in our world was turned upside down. We took Deakin in for what we thought would be a COVID diagnosis, but instead we were hospitalized and transferred to Marshfield Children Hospital with a diagnosis of AML Leukemia where we will do anything and everything we possibly can to fight this horrible monster off for our little boy!

Acute Myeloid Leukemia is a type of blood cancer where excess of immature white blood cells or myeloid line of blood-forming cells is made by the bone marrow. Very rare (Fewer than 20,000 cases per year in US).  Because of the intensity of treatment and the risk of serious complications, children with AML need to be treated in cancer centers  or hospitals that have experience with this disease.  We are being treated at Marshfield Children Hospital.

We do have a gofund me account set up under the ways to help tab on this website if you interested in helping. We are also in the process of getting bracelets made to support Deakin as well.

Thank for all of the continued support, love, and prayers!!

Love,
Kenny, Jenny, Dylan, and  Deakin
