October 2019 Don was hospitalized for kidney failure, and it was then discovered that his prostate cancer had returned. His PSA # was 47 in the hospital., with a blockage in the urethra. His urologist ran tests, a ct scan and a biopsy to confirm prostate cancer but also found that it was in the lymphoid. After his visit with the oncologist, the ct scan showed a concerning area on the lung, this was scanned again and confirmed as cancer. Stage 4 prostate cancer that is metastatic and running through his blood.
