Welcome to our CaringBridge website. We are using it to keep family and friends updated in one place. We appreciate your support and words of hope and encouragement. Thank you for visiting.

Several months ago Dawn noticed a small skin tear near the left ischial tuberosity (IT or sit bone.). Every time it will get better and then with transfers do it occasionally get worse again. It had almost closed at the end of January. .
But it became infected. Even though medical attention was immediately sought and an initial round of antibiotics started, the infection did not go away. At the first wound care visit The sore had progressed to a stage IV. It has gotten deeper each week. Now, an MRI revealed the infection is now in the bone.

We are still believing for God’s healing and hoping that she can soon be admitted to the hospital to begin treatment and recover. Also we are praying for the Lord’s healing touch to speed this along!
