On Sunday, August 4, my mom was seen in the Pine City urgent care for severe right side abdominal pain. After numerous tests, 2 large masses were identified, one on each ovary. She was transferred to Abbott Northwest Hospital in Minneapolis where she was admitted and went through numerous medical procedures and tests for 5 days.
